Barbara Amstutz Joins Quadrant HealthCom Inc.

PARSIPPANY, NJ, December 18, 2008 — Quadrant HealthCom Inc. (QHI) is pleased to announce that Barbara Amstutz has joined the company as Director of Medical Education. Barbara will work closely with the Cosmetic Dermatology^®, Cutis^®, Pulmonary Reviews^®, and The American Journal of Orthopedics^® publishing teams.

Barbara’s 20 years of experience in marketing, medical education and the pharmaceutical industry will be an asset to QHI. Most recently, Barbara was Director of Strategic Planning and Program Development at Ascend Institute for Medical Education (part of Ascend Media) where she was responsible for continuing medical education sales. She spent 7 years at Vital Issues in Medicine, a medical education company, with responsibilities in medical education services and advertising and sales collateral materials. Barbara also has been a Product and Marketing Manager at Perfecseal Inc., a leading supplier of healthcare packaging; an Advertising Manager at Nutri/System; an Associate Product Manager at Kraft (ice cream); and, a Product Manager for Wyeth (formerly American Home Products) for consumer products including Advil^® and Dristan^®.
